Our Office Manager, Hanneke, is responsible for all non-legal matters within the firm. She is accountable for the overall business of Van der Feltz advocaten.
After her studies, Hanneke worked at the Kurhaus Hotel as Assistant General Manager. In this position, she was the lead for all ‘back of house’ departments such as HR, finance, revenue management, and the entire booking office. After almost five years, she joined Colliers, an international real estate advisor, where she started at the valuations department. Here, she mainly valued operational real estate, including Hotels, Resorts, Cinema’s, Theatres, etc. After two years, Hanneke joined the Hotels department as a consultant where she advised clients on potential hotel developments, valuations (both real estate and hotel operations), and purchase- and sale transactions. The last years, she was mainly responsible for all hotel transactions within the Benelux as an Associate Director.
Due to her extensive work experience within the Kurhaus and as a hotel real estate specialist, she has a perfect sense of the mindset and needs of both our clients as well as our colleagues. With her bright mind and her no-nonsense approach, she guarantees and upholds the quality of the firm.
